JUST-CARBON-FIBER
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders placed with Just-Carbon-Fiber constitute acceptance of all the conditions listed below:

Warranty and Disclaimer

Items sold by Just-Carbon-Fiber may not be legal for street use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. The buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, Just-Carbon-Fiber is not responsible, or liable, for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of any products due to user error, the application of poor judgment, incorrect installation, product modification, the application of unusual product stress, or any acts of nature. All our products (unless otherwise specified) are intended for off-highway application only, and should only be used for their intended purpose. Just-Carbon-Fiber is not responsible for damages incurred either directly or indirectly for any vehicles, their operator, passengers, or affected third parties as a result of the improper application or use of acquired products.

Installation


All products require professional installation. The buyer understands that some products may require modification for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All hoods require hood pins (for safety reasons). Carbon fiber products cannot be guaranteed to sustain any force of weight and may subsequently suffer damage accordingly. Just-Carbon-Fiber aftermarket products are intended to fit original factory vehicles as closely as possible, however, some vehicle preparation may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to ensure that these preparations meet with his or her satisfaction prior to attempting product installation. If the buyer intends to paint any of our product(s), he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle to ensure proper fitment before actual painting is accomplished. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.

Customer Service


All customer service related issues must be addressed to Just-Carbon-Fiber through our website and/or email correspondence. An order number, part number, product description, along with buyer contact information, and applicable tracking number (for shipping related issues), plus a brief description of buyer issue or inquiry must be included with all correspondence. For product returns or exchanges, product damage (due to shipping), or product defects, the buyer must obtain an authorization from Just-Carbon-Fiber (see below) prior to taking any other action of resolution. It is Just-Carbon-Fiber’s intent to quickly resolve buyer complaints and dissatisfactions. Accordingly, quick resolution is contingent upon the buyer’s timely and complete communication, as described above, regarding the matter.

Free Shipping


Just Carbon Fiber’s "Free Shipping" option is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping to locations, other than the 48 contiguous United States, the buyer must contact Just Carbon Fiber at jcarbonfiber@gmail.com to make shipping arrangements. Credit for "free" shipping costs within the 48 contiguous United States, covered by the "Free Shipping" promotion, will be applied to orders for shipment outside the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping times will vary.

Shipping Damage


Just-Carbon-Fiber arranges for product drop-shipping from various product suppliers and manufacturers. Special care is taken to minimize the potential for product damage through careful preparation during packaging. Unfortunately, due to the number of suppliers, Just-Carbon-Fiber cannot standardize packing and shipping methods used. It is for this reason that the buyer fully inspects the packaging and product for damage upon receipt. The buyer should accept the shipment, but should annotate any noticeable damage (to the product) or package irregularities (crushed, torn, or punctured) on the freight bill (or receipt) in the driver’s presence. The buyer must also retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for inspection by the carrier’s damage inspector. Do not refuse shipment or otherwise return the shipment without approval because the buyer’s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation of damage indemnifies the carrier and Just-Carbon-Fiber from further damage claims. Discovery of damage, after otherwise accepting the delivery, becomes the responsibility of the customer.
All product damage claims must be submitted to the carrier and to Just-Carbon-Fiber within 24 hours of delivery. In cases of damage with proper notation on the freight bill or receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the cost of repair or for the product’s replacement value (after damage inspection). Replacement value is the amount buyer paid to Just-Carbon-Fiber and is not negotiable. Disputes regarding settlement amount are to be addressed with the carrier. Just-Carbon-Fiber will not be liable for the damaged product or any subsequent claim settlements with the carrier.

Defective Products

All products require professional installation. Minor product or body adjustments might be necessary during installation and as such are not considered defective products. Many carbon fiber products are hand crafted so inherent difference between identical parts is normal. Small imperfections, such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are not only inevitable, but to be expected. So not as to confuse damaged products from normally configured products, photographs of product damage must be submitted to Just-Carbon-Fiber prior to their return (see return policy below).
Returns
Special orders cannot be returned. If the buyer decides to return any part of the order, he or she must contact Just-Carbon-Fiber within (3) three days of delivery for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). The buyer must be written on the outside of the packages to be returned. Returned products must be received by drop-ship supplier within 10 days of issuance of the RA Number to the buyer. Products returned in a used, modified, painted, or installed/uninstalled condition will be rejected. Accepted returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All product returns must be packaged in the original shipping container, in the same condition as originally shipped or delivered. Only returns from the original buyer will be honored. Defective products may be exchanged for the originally ordered product. Upon receipt of returned products, the drop-shipping supplier will inspect the product for annotated deficiencies. If the drop-shipping supplier deems the product to be defect-free, the buyer will be responsible for costs associated with its return. The buyer will pre-pay shipping returns regardless of the reason for its return. Any returns without a RA Number or sent “shipping collect” will be refused and returned to the buyer and his or her expense. Shipping costs to and from the buyer are not refundable. The buyer is advised that buyer procured shipping insurance coverage for returned goods, at full value, is not only suggested for his or her own protection but is recommended. Just-Carbon-Fiber, nor the shipping company, will not otherwise accept responsibility for the returned condition or status of the subject product and thus will not issue any refund should the item arrive damaged or is lost during shipment.

Shipping Errors


If the buyer receives the wrong product, he or she must notify Just-Carbon-Fiber within (3) three days of receiving the shipment. In this circumstance, a Call Tag will be issued to the buyer for the product return. Just-Carbon-Fiber will ensure that the correct item is in-turn shipped to the customer at no additional cost.

Shipping and Backorders


 Just-Carbon-Fiber makes every attempt to ensure that our suppliers maintain sufficient inventories to avoid the possibility of backorders. In the event of a backorder, orders will be filled as soon as the ordered product becomes available. In the event that the buyer does not wish to continue his or her order, backorders must be cancelled within five (5) days from when the original order was placed, or prior to anticipated backorder shipping date, whichever comes first. If an order cancellation is not received, as stated above, then the product will automatically be shipped to the buyer when the product is inventoried. Every attempt will be made to ship ordered product the following business day. For the contiguous 48 states, buyers should allow 5-10 working days for in-stock items to arrive. The buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping charges.

Contingencies


Just-Carbon-Fiber shall not be liable for any failure to deliver product to the buyer as a result of events outside of our control. These events include, and are not limited to, forces of nature, acts of war (declared or undeclared) governmental intervention, labor disputes, material shortage, or failures arising from transportation or communication networks.
Products shipped by Just-Carbon-Fiber do not become the property of the buyer until payment is made in full. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. just-carbon-fiber.com will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion.

After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below. You may contact us regarding your purchase from just-carbon-fiber.com within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns

A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from 2CO ("Return").

just-carbon-fiber.com will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with just-carbon-fiber.com's Return Policy.

Refunds

A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer("Refund"). just-carbon-fiber.com accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer."
